Shipping & Delivery
 

We ship via USPS Priority Mail or Express services. Please select your preference carefully during checkout.  Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days. Express service takes 1-2 days. If you have special requirements please contact us directly at #401-644-6703 or email us and we will get back to you shortly. All orders will ship the next business day unless you here otherwise from us. 

All items are shipped in a heavy duty card board, padded with tissue paper and shred for their safe arrival to you. 


Returns & Replacements

Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your item if you would like to exchange or return it.  We will return all products for a full refund (excluding the shipping fee) as long as the tag is still attached. We are unable to provide a  refund an item returned to us after 30 days from date of origianl purchase.

You will receive a credit once the item has been received and processed.  Items should be returned packaged in a similar way to how they have been received (re-using packaging is ok with us!). If you have received an item in a box, do not return it in an envelope as it will be squashed and we will be unable to refund items damaged due to lack of care.

If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us and we will ship a replacement product out to you.


Ordering

Orders can be taken every day and will be shipped the next working day unless you here from us.

After ordering, you will receive confirmation of your order via email. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order then the order has not been processed. Please contact us if you are experiencing any problems. 

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payments via Paypal and most major credit cards. Discover and Amex are not accepted at the current time. International orders can be taken easily via paypal.
